About Eric Sjoberg
I help people see the patterns they couldn't name—the ones running beneath the surface of their relationships, their work, and their sense of self. Through personalized tools and frameworks, I work with those exploring personal growth, Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychedelic integration, or simply trying to understand why they keep hitting the same walls.

Specializing in the integration of Power, Love, and Presence and helping clear what blocks these, Eric guides clients to find harmony within their body, mind, and heart. His work is also deeply informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), a modality that facilitates healing by working with various parts of the self.
For over two decades, Eric has been developing a body of work that weaves together Somatic Experiencing®, Pathwork® Spiritual Counseling, and IFS, alongside his own innovative frameworks such as the Matrix of Self and Stages of Competence. He also writes about the Dominant Mindset—the cultural operating system most of us inherited without choosing—and the path out of it. Clients who have struggled with overwhelming emotions, trauma, or relational challenges have found a level of peace and fulfillment they never thought possible through their work with Eric.
Eric's approach is rooted in collaboration and playfulness. He strives to work with you, not at you, viewing life's difficulties as adventures to be explored. Despite his deep expertise, Eric comes across as an ordinary guy who sees opportunity in the challenges of life.
When not working with clients, Eric is constantly exploring, learning, and seeking—whether through travel, podcasting, or writing—always deepening his understanding of the human experience.

Our cravings, our grief and our aversions all live as sensations in the body. Below some threshold of presence with ourselves, they push us away from ourselves; above it, the same discomfort can draw us further in. I made a short free course about this, called Within.
