Work With Me
One to one, at a pace your system can take

Most of this work is the chop-wood-carry-water kind: regular sessions, with support, alongside an ordinary life.
Sometimes something big opens, like a journey, a crisis or a loss, and for a while more is possible than usual. Then the sessions can gather around it.
Either way, we start where your system is ready.
What we work with
- Internal Family Systems (IFS). Getting to know the parts that run the show, the protective ones and the tender ones they protect, so they can trust Self to lead. Much of what gets called shadow work happens here: parts we learned to keep out of sight, coming back into view.
- The body. Somatic Experiencing, informed by years of bodywork. We track what the nervous system is doing and go at its pace.
- Power, love and presence. My first framework, and the root of the Matrix of Self: a way of seeing where each is available to you, on your own, with others and in the larger world. Finding healthy power in yourself and your relationships can be where things begin to move. More on power, love and presence
Ways to work together
- Regular sessions. Weekly or every other week, from an hour up to two; we work out the length together. Most people start here.
- A steady sprint. A set stretch of regular work: an agreed number of hours a month over 90 or 120 days, then a pause of two to four weeks and a review session, where we choose together whether to go on. Additional sessions may be available when you need them; extending or adding a sprint depends on my availability.
- Integration, when something opens. When a hard change is under way, or a journey or a loss is near, your sessions can gather around it, in a shorter or a deeper arc. More on integration
- Intensives. A half day on up to several days, woven with self-care, nature, meditation, journaling, IFS, somatic work and quiet time.
- Couples and relational work. We treat the relationship as a living system. It needs individual sessions alongside it.
- Mentorship. For people already at home in parts work: a longer arc, less about learning IFS, more about living from Self.
- For men. I have particular experience working with men on how the Dominant Mindset shaped their sense of masculinity, relationships and emotional life. More for men
- Small groups (pods), where available. A few people supporting, healing and awakening together. Ask for availability.
- Alongside your therapist, if you have one. With your signed release, I'm glad to talk with them.
Sessions are online, or in person in Los Angeles; other locations are open to discuss.
How it starts
The first conversation is free, to see whether this fits. If we go ahead, the first session goes through the intake together: our agreements, what I do and don't do, and a plan for hard moments, including who you'd turn to. Then we set goals and choose how you'd like to track each one.
Rates
Standard rate: $200 an hour.
Scope
I'm a practitioner, not a licensed therapist, and I don't diagnose.
